We are committed to providing a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and mutual respect, we have established the following policies. By booking or receiving services at our spa, you agree to abide by these guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact our front desk.

Pricing

All services and gift cards are non-refundable. Menu prices are minimal estimates; final prices may vary depending on the services you receive. Payment is required upon completion of services. Failure to pay may result in alerting authorities and denial of future services.

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay). 

We do not accept checks or cryptocurrencies.

Appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you will be late or need to cancel, please call us at least 1 hour in advance.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up. Refunds are not provided, but we will work to resolve any concerns.

Custom Designs

Nail art and custom designs may require additional time and cost. Please discuss these details with your technician beforehand.

Respectful Behavior

We maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Disruptive behavior, including harassment, intoxication, or disrespect toward staff or other clients, may result in termination of service and possible banning from the premises.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please secure your valuables.

Spa #1 Nails is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from services, unless caused by proven negligence.
